Yoyacam Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using the Yoyacam application, you signify your agreement to this End User License Agreement (EULA). The Yoyacam app is licensed, not sold, to you by ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED.


License Grant: Yoyacam is provided by ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED, and your license to use Yoyacam is subject to your prior acceptance of this EULA. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED.

Scope of License: This license permits you to use the Yoyacam application on any device that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the application available over a network. You may not sell, resell, lend, rent, lease, borrow, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make available your license of the Yoyacam app in any way to anyone else.

Subscription & VIP Benefits:

* Subscription Tiers: Yoyacam offers three subscription tiers: Bronze VIP, Silver VIP, and Gold VIP.

   - Bronze VIP: This tier includes [specific benefits, such as ad-free browsing, exclusive badges, etc.]
   - Silver VIP: In addition to the benefits of Bronze, this tier also includes [other specific benefits like premium customer support, etc.]
   - Gold VIP: This is our top-tier subscription offering, including all benefits of Bronze and Silver tiers along with [additional benefits, like early access to new features, etc.]

* Common Benefits (All VIP subscriptions enjoy the following benefits):

   - Meet New Ones 1st 
   - Find Out the Best.
   - More Coins Than Usual.
   - Flip the camera during a call.

* Differential Benefits (Benefits vary based on subscription duration):

   - Bronze VIP - $9.99: Total of 1200 coins collected from 7-day sign-in.
   - Silver VIP - $19.99: Total of 2600 coins collected from 7-day sign-in.
   - Gold VIP - $39.99: Total of 6000 coins collected from 7-day sign-in.

* Duration: 

    Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. The exact duration will be stated when purchasing within the app.

* Cancellation: 

    To cancel your subscription, manage your subscriptions in your device's settings. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.


Description Localization: 

Subscription details, including benefits, are available in multiple languages based on the user's region. These localized descriptions are configured in the App Connect backend for accuracy in each region.

Data Use and Privacy: 

By using Yoyacam, you acknowledge that you've read and understood our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED may collect, use, and share data from your device to improve its services, offer updates, and provide features related to the Licensed Application. Any use of your data will be in a non-identifiable form and will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination: 

This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED. If you breach any terms, your rights will end immediately. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

No Warranty: 

Yoyacam is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED doesn't warrant that the app will function as described, will be uninterrupted, or will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability: 

ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED isn't liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of your use or inability to use the Yoyacam application.

Governing Law: 

This EULA and the relationship between you and ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED will be governed by the laws of [Country/State], excluding its conflicts of law provisions.

Changes to EULA: 

ECHOCIRCLE TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED may update or change this EULA at any time. Your continued use of Yoyacam after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
